Caribbean Small Business Owners, Do You Really Want The Money?

I had written this article for www.CaribArena.com/Antigua in early September but it is very relevant, even as I still await a phone call from someone at a printing company to give me a quote and take my money!

(Didn’t get the whole story, you probably are not getting our weekly e-newsletters. When you get the free video series, you’ll automatically be registered to get our weekly tips and strategies. )

=============================

Last week I ventured into town to buy my son’s uniforms and other school supplies. That day was THE DAY…I was going to get everything done on that day. Well, that was my intention, anyway.

Of course, things didn’t go according to plan, because unknown to me…there are some stores in town that still close for lunch!

What?

I pushed the door of one store so hard, my arm nearly fell off!

But seriously though, I was not aware that this practice was still occurring. As I passed one business place, there were about 5 people outside (as the store owner was closing up) wanting to enter the store.

I figured that they didn’t want the money. I know I personally had planned to spend over $250-300 alone, so multiply that by conservatively 3 persons waiting, that’s about $1000.

I began to think that maybe they don’t want the money. What do you think?

I mentioned this to a friend of mine later that evening and she said that one business owner she knows had complained that if they stagger the lunch hours then some people return late from lunch and it becomes a problem.

Hmmm…

So here’s the thing. I see 2 problems here.

Let’s deal with the latter first. Read the rest of this entry »

Perfect for you if your goal is to add (another) six figures to your business.

The skills and tasks that get you to six figures are not the same ones that will move you and your business to the next level, which makes it essential you learn what to do, step-by-step, to expand your business.

Periodically (at least one every quarter) Sandra will lead an in-depth interview, focused on how to achieve six or multi-six figures without overwhelm.

The focus of these calls is:

  • how to streamline your business
  • how to delegate more, even if you’re a control freak
  • when does it make sense to hire more staff
  • secrets to attract better, higher paying clients
  • mindset secrets of six and multi-six figure small business owners
  • which small business skills you need to grow (and which ones may be holding you back)
  • time habits anyone can learn to take your business to six and multi six figures

These interviews can help you add six and multi-six figures to your business, making them worth far MORE than the modest annual dues!
